I will be very honest ... I thought it would be easy to profit by registering expired domains and selling, even if with a small profit margin.
Of course, I bought four domains without any information about this business. I know they are bad, but is it possible to sell any of them? or I should just stop wasting time with this domains, study this site a lot and only then buy more.

You should keep them until you learn more. They might be worth it or they might not.

Some investors wait for a buyer to come along. Some investors develop websites. Some investors want to flip domains quickly. Not sure what you have in mind. You haven't said "why" you bought them. You said you thought it would be easy to profit. Profit when? Now or sometime later?

If you mean't "flipping them", then, it would depend on what you paid for them. If you put them up for auction, you might lose money. I don't know what you paid.

It was expired domains, i registered for the normal price and expected it could make a profit of atleast 10$/20$. I registered ReptileOwner cause i thought it could be a good website to develop ( not by me) but i just checked some evaluators, and it says its worth almost nothing.
The best thing to do right now is read a lot. I think i will focus on flipping.

Hold them for one year, because you already registered them, and set the low price not too low.
I am not pro but a small tip:
Think like a buyer before registering any domain, you need to have a solid reason before getting any domain.

All four domains have potential value in the right hands. I would definitely not say they are worthless, in fact I would say for a beginner you did not do bad at all. So as far as domains go they are at least decent but the mistake you made is thinking profits are easy and fast.

It takes years of patience and a nice large portfolio to realize any significant income so you would have to keep purchasing and invest heavily to realize any ongoing income.

Your instinct is not bad, I have seen a lot worse domains with beginners and you are sticking to the most valuable extension.

I say you have potential, listen to your peers, learn and decide if investing in domains is for you before purchasing more.

Personally I would not drop the domains, I would hang on to them.

I agree with the advice above to hold them for a year if you just regged them

I think GoFullVegan has some potential.

In my opinion, even better would be:

EatVegan
