What price are nnn.net domains selling for?

Would you say $1k is a fair price?

597.net $755 Jan 09

If we're talking an ordinary NNN.net, $1000 seems to be quite a bit overpriced in this market.

It also depends on the quality of the name.
For example, 1NN.NET or NNN.NETs having repeat numbers will be much expensive that mid xxx$

A couple of NNN.net recently sold for $800-900 on TDNAM.

If the recession worsens I think numerics will be hit harder than most, as they are harder to monetize and have a smaller end user market in general.
