Note I am not talking about mini-sites or landing pages which can be done in an hour. For most domainers the ratio of developed sites will be relatively low.

<1% and most of those are badly developed. They fallout outside the definition of landing pages or minisites.

About 15 sites out of 750 domains = 2%

13 out of the 15 sites are travel and booking related.

A blog, with adsense, requires too much work to put original content at least 4-5 times a week to attract more traffic and build an audience over the years.

A affiliate or business. I don't have time for that. I have a full-time job already.

I'd love to own a website bringing a passive income though. I'd have to put all the effort into it.

7 sites out of just over 90 domains.

Two of these 7 sites are blogs which I have to maintain on a weekly/monthly basis.
