What fast food do you think he should review next?

In N Out for burgers hands down! All other fast food burgers are inferior.

Sashimi/Sushi my top choice for 'fast food'

I prefer to cook at home, which was not always the case.
I like going out to eat a specific style (thai, sri lankan, afghani, moroccon, italian etc) or go to a really nice restaurant who has daily menus - that ultimately is where money saved from eating fast food constantly goes

Right now i'm on day 3 of a juice fast and let me tell you from experience of 3 of these what you can gain from it.

First off use a real masticating juicer, store bought juice will not work nearly as well, you must juice everything fresh and drink immediately.

If you plan to change your diet dramatically juice fasting first will help the transition be smooth and you won't get sick when changing diets. Countless times I've heard of people accustomed to a western diet try to switch to all organic without fasting and they get really sick.

If you want to kick a habit (smoking, biting nails, etc) fasting is good and does help.

If you want to lose 5 to 10 pounds in less than a week.

I find the tingly feeling of all the stored fats and toxins leaving my body not bad, actually pleasant. The hunger and cravings are not bad at all for me this third time around but...

The first time may be more challenging for you....

Oh and Spring and Fall are the best seasons to do a fast.

we dont have in n out here....
reminds me of the in n out used paper bag sold for USD $XX on ebay...lol

Taco Bell, no contest. I'd rather eat bad Mexican food than good anything else.

However, if you are going to have a burger in Ann Arbor, then you are best served to forget the chains and have a *real* grease sandwich at Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burgers. Their advertising tagline is "Cheaper Than Food."
