What is wrong with my site

I cant seem to find why i have lost so many visitors.

My ranking on alexa was like 537,500 and now it moved up to 770 thousand or something.

I havent changed anything. I have games, forums etc.

Is it the design?

I know it seems like it but I truly am not. Its just namepros has offered me much help lately and considereing the fact I am fairly new to websites I feel i should get a web developers opinion.
