As the tittle says anybody know what www.thegooglepagerank.com is?? Could it hurt my site in search engine rankings?

Are you speaking about using the free tool that displays the pagerank on your site?

If so I do not see a problem with it as its a 1way link out which will not hurt your site.

If you are speaking about something else please let me know.

Thanks for the response. I had never submit a site to thegooglepagerank. I'm using this tools http://link.ezer.com/tools/google_serps_rank_checker.asp for checking position of a website. When you put there my site "www.cleanmate. de" and keyword "cleanmate" you can see the result:

very nice for the keywords search ... Nice SERP ! but not good enough
rank # 34 ( http://www.thegooglepagerank.com/website/www.cleanmate. de )
just ok for the keywords search ... only OK SERP ! You need work harder
rank # 71 ( http://www.cleanmate. de/index.php )

It looks like google have penalized my site. I have no idea what's going wrong. That is why I did ask if that could hurt my site.

If you are making automated queries or scraping the info then they might have penalized your website. You should use Google API keys to perform the queries on google's database.

If you are just using tools of other sites then I don't think that it will penalize your site.
