What is the time duration to sell domains?

Hi to all,
My doubt is - 2 days back first time I bought some domain names in namecheap,If now I want sell them in other platfoms,should I wait for 60 days.
Because I heared there is 60 days time period exist to transfer my domain to other registrar.If now I list my domains in 7 days auctions then what should I do if somebody buy them.How my domains will transfer to buyers before completing 60 days of newly registered domains!
