What is the current market value for average CVCV.com's?

I see a lot of members talking about a decline in domain prices over the last two years. Do you agree with this?

For instance did the average domain price for a CVCV.com drop in last two years?

In October 2007 I sold rulo.com for $2020 in a sedo auction. This is a pretty average CVCV.com domain. If the same domain would go to auction at sedo today, how much would it sell for?

Depends on the domain name. One can worth $2020 but another $220. But I suppose running auctions is very very good idea.
