What is the best tube script out there?

I am looking for a tube script for a domain I just picked up.

What is the best one out there? Anyone use any of these?

Tube script...you mean something like youtube? You might want to try phpmotion http://www.phpmotion.com which is a free youtube clone script. The templates they have on the site looks really nice and professional but I've never personally tried it out. Hope it works for you.
