What is NOT good about this website?

I have just finished redesigning this website for the third time. There is more info that will come in later so that it can get sorted. What I'd like is your opinion about what's not good about the site (not the content itself ), what needs to be changed and some suggestions.

There seem to be some problems when viewing the site with other browsers. With Opera, there's a white bar on the menu links and the arrows are not showing.
And with Firefox, the 'Latest News' box isn't displaying.

Why is that happening?

to many colours around borders and text, a bit confusing to the eye,stick with 2-3 colours.

I think 3 and 2 look kinda messy, but nice colors and 1 hasn't got nice colors, but the layout is nice

I know. I forgot to say that it was on a slow server. Once it gets finalised, I'll move it to a faster host.



There are now only three colours on the third website. Is it the right choice of colour?


I'm working on the centering, which is a bit confusing; it doesn't seem to center at all. I'm kind of a novice at designing and coding....
