Website redesigned - Need suggestions n feedback please

Hey,
I'm in the process of redesigning my website and have come up with the following layout:

My target was to create a more personalized looking layout rather than a very "professional" i.e. business like layout. This is meant to be more user friendly.

Please be as critical of it as possible and give me some good suggestions to improve the design.

Hi,
Very sleek and user-friendly design. I like the featured design function. In my opinion I would spice up the margin. Your navigational tab at the top could use some more recognition. Maybe thicken the font? Something to let users know it is ok to click there. Also, the content in "Why choose pixelGUISE" is a bit wordy. Keep it simple and elegant. For instance, "We spend the requisite amount of time on each individual project instead of taking on too many projects at a time." I would personally remove the second portion, leaving; "We spend the requisite amount of time on each individual project."

Great graphics. I'm loving the look of dark websites now it's a very sleek look. It's a massive improvement on your previous design. If there is a con to pick out of it the only thing I can think of would be that maybe the design is not for everyone and more appealing for younger people.

Very solid appearance. The marble/granite effect looks great as it ads depth to the site. The PG logo is maybe a bit overpowering, take a look at how it would flow with the site if you scale it down just a tiny bit.

Other than that, there's not much to be said that's not already been mentioned.

I'd like to see the site in its full functionality once it's done.

Great job,

The featured design box i think is too big as in the top red glossy head of it could be smaller. I can see the feel you are going for, but it looked to big to me. Bulbous is the word that best describes it, i think it should be sleek.

Careful you dont strangle your self for growth of content and navigation.

Can you send a portfolio of your recent sites, I am always looking for talented designers and coders to work with.
