I am new here and I see some of you put in their replies "rep add", what is a rep? how do I add a rep to a thread?

You see that little scale button right next to a users online status, on any of their posts?

You can add reputation for any user if you find one of their posts useful.

There are different titles for different amounts of reputation.

You can simply do a forum search to find the different phrases.
