What if one can register pro.us? How much value would this name have, and can it compete with the .pro extension?

Just a random thought on a slow night ...

I would think it is very high in value cause of the word itself.. 3 letter word..I think it would be better than a name regged in the .pro extension because its a much more known than the pro ext ..lol i dont know what i just said but i tried :p

I mean, can I setup a competing .pro.us for professionals, only with less stringent rules. That is, anyone can reg! Five dollars a pop, it should be a sure winner.

Too bad pro.us is reserved and can't be regged at all.

o i see.. hmm...dunno if it would be a good extension..probably be as good as .pro though since i think both arent worth anything yet.

It certainly would work. That's why Neustar has it locked!

It might work for 3rd level domain sales on pro.us -- people have bought something.eu.com domains and something.web.com domains before for some reason...

Wondering... name value aside, and w/ = marketing, which domain has the most potential for traffic: Domain-Pro.US or Domain.Pro.US? Hmmm

I'd vote for DomainPro.us! Why make it complicated?
