What if someone register's xxxx.com and someone else registers xxxxS.com now. My question is what if the person that registered xxxx.com goes TM what would happend with the person that registered xxxxS.com?

Same domain names only difference is the S

It would all depend on if you're talking about yahoos.com or bikes.com when they were registered and for what reason.
