What does 2, 3, 4 mean on eBay?

I see people selling domains on ebay and they will advertise their domains with a title like this:

Daffy.com BRANDABLE 5 Letter 2,3,4 Website Domain Name

What does the 2,3,4 mean??? Anyone know?

My guess is that they are putting 2,3,4 in the title so people searching for 2 letter domains and 3 letter etc....will see their ad...but am I wrong? Does it mean something else?

You're correct. Some people will even put in the words unrelated to their name but that are searched excessively on ebay.

It what bungholes do to make sure their auction gets seen by everyone looking for 2 letter, 3 letter, and 4 letter domains. It's against eBays policy, but in the domains section almost everyone does it, so eBay is ignoring it. It's getting so rampant now that people who are new to selling domains probably just put it in the title now, even though they don't have a clue what it means.

It's classic Keyword Spamming! I tried it once, and they ended my auction. lol Fair is Fair and they should end the ones that do it, but they don't.

I hate the people who put "NOT a 3 letter domain" in the title.
They obviously know what they are doing !!!!

It's gotten to where its hard to do a simple search at ebay any more and get concise results.
