I am looking at a domain right now but do not know all that much about the niche, but it looks a highly nice one, is there anyway to set up RSS feeds so that I can get content from other providers in the field and monetize it that way?

I generally don't touch something that I don't have a clue about but when something is as large as the medical field and is exactly ho someone would type it maybe for a field as large how can you pass it up even when it is in a extension you wouldn't normally associate?

Is it possible to make RSS feeds and monetize or am I onto a loser?

(Still feel the name is a good one but this will tip me over the edge into action lol)

Did you mean affiliate or product data feeds so you can sell product with a dynamic store feed... or did you mean only a content feed so you can populate your site with written content from other blog and article sites?

I meant content feeds, which is fairly academic now that I am having GoDaddy/Paypal issues without a credit card lol

So is it the medical field? You left a lot of dots not connected about the niche honestly. Personally I would avoid obscure extensions except in certain special circumstances.

I would do a bit of googling and niche research for possible rss feeds. I am sure that a site could be developed on just about any niche.

I am not talking about a medical niche, but I didn't want to give the whole game away before I managed to secure my domain first, it really was the most phenomenal domain name for my prospective niche so I am sure you understand lol

Oh bollocks, it hath expired...it was SportsDesk.org. (Surely there are millions of sports bloggers out the in reality land, one of them would've bought it lol)

Time to go looking for my next one lol

The name is good in my opinion. I think that you talking about auto blog, where you pull in lot of related content form other site. If so, then if it is done right it can work very well. You have to try to make the content still somewhat unique as if you try to monetize it with adsense then Google might not like it otherwise. And unique content is good for general SEO as well. With some good autoblog software and some tweaking it should work out fine.
