I think it is a nice name and a nice site.
You could develop the banner more to give it more prominence.
You could add some more links to generate some traffic income.
You could put in a paypal link and ask for $1-$5 donations.
You could put in links to tutorials re building flash games.
You could ask contributors to rate games.

The domain name in your case does not play a big role but it is good for your site anyway. The main pro to the site - it is alrady developed and has a good potential. I agree with yoshiwara

I think it's a search engine-friendly, albeit a little long for type-ins. I'd also advise not putting in too many ads at the start, because being a new site, you don't wanna turn your visitors off.
