The price packages are fine.I think you should pay for template custimization as your site/template has probably been downloaded over a 100 times i wouldnt host with a company who cant even be botherd to create or pay for a unique site....peace

I dont oversell since i have alot of servers i average my prices at about a $150 a month and i would make about a 100 per server. I only put 60 people to a server without overselling my bandwith or space. I still have a bit space and bandwith left.

I agree with you, i checked and mozilla has the problem, i have the coding done thanks to paxton just didnt have the time to put it up. Centering it ill work on it, it takes for ever to get done for all the pages, any one iwlling ot help? Ill pay you. I dont get what you mean left side clashes with right, can you make it a bit more detailed please?

If u need review Well be able to stand negative reviews in public also.

Well now regarding ur site well u need to change the template it looks like one of those at www.canaca.com . Plus its congested texts u need to spread the template to full screen u have lots of gab on the right side of the template for no reason. Doest look good. And get something original for template as others have suggested.

And may i ask whats with this on more infor link:

U need to provide info about what is actually offered under that plan. OOH say 40 sql 40 ftp etc. not that sort of thing. So i would suggest change that ASAP. if u care that is.

Thanks for the reply, the more info link directs you to more information regarrding that pacakge. All of the stuff you listed is what i support. And below it you can pust the more applications link and it shows you applications i offer. I will provide and ill say how many, ftps and etc i offer. The reply was helpful and it was not negative it was constructive criticism which actually helps me. You had a great reply. I dont like it when people just have criticism for no reason and on to of it its a very harsh one.

Okay now i understood what killerid was asking. Yes you both have a very good point. I will look try figuring some more beginner friendly stuff for it. :hehe:.
By the way i wasnt trying to get away from the template part. I will change it in sometime. The 30 day moneyback gurantee on my site doesnt have a link because i think it stands for it self. Its plain and simple. Most people understand.

I decided to check out your website, but it struck me that is seems to be a reseller of aplus.net.

The plan names are the exact same as aplus.net, and even the TOS (http://asmarterhost.com/index-6.html) uses aplus.net PDF directly.

So am I correct to assume asmarterhost is a reseller/affiliate of aplus.net?

Also, just a tip, if you're planning to build a strong identity, stick with one name: either PowerHosting OR ASmarterHost, but not both, since that would confuse future customers and the website layout.

aSmarterHost.Com has its servers from aplus.net but we are not affiliated with them. They only provide us with servers, and the plan names are based off of theirs because of the terms of services. Aplus.net allowed asmarterhost to use their terms of services because we are using there servers and the same rules which apply for them apply for us. your site looks cool and orderly to me not like other host with confusing ads and disorganize tables.

My comment would only be the right side which is somewhat too bare although will be ok for 800 pixel screen size
