I honestly don't see anything special happening with this domain. It's hard when the domain is something like "HostPepper", only because the company that buys it would most likely have to use a pepper as their logo. It's like having a domain registrar named "BananaDomains.com" - it kind of limits itself.

I would say registration fee up to $25 tops.. Unless you can get a company looking for this exact domain, chances are you won't exceed $25 with a sale.

Just my honest opinion.

My appraisal was due to its sound - say HostPepper aloud; sounds cool. Also, HostPepper isnt very difficult to remember
I probably should've bolded the mid $xx in my appraisal, but I stand by it.

Catching, brandable and happy sounding. A nice one worth developing.
But the term "host" is better to be placed in the end for any hosting names.
Just IMO.
