What do you think of it? Should I pay more attention to it?

well, whats ur idea behind it.. honestly? cause I dont see a reason for that domain at all.. except well one word

got 40000 odd overture. sure you could build a site with some ads around it wouldnt spend too much on it but you will get traffic and some addvertising money

I like it, I think any type of one word medical condition would make a great .tv channel.

i Also like this one, build a nie, simple, clean site with some info about gout and maybe some links to places to get more info.

Im sure that you will get some advertising revenue from medial clinics, physios, treatment centres...etc if you hav a little traffic coming in.
