What do you say when you call?

OK so I have to cold call a few people next week in regards to Conpac.com. I'm trying to put together a list of reasons why they should use this name for their on-line presence. I'm hoping you guys can chime in with any helpful suggestions on what to say, or not to say, what works, and what doesn't work. Or maybe a list of the ways their company will benefit from a great domain name, the advantages of being on-line. I know my question is convoluted and poorly structured, please forgive the author.
