Hi,

This week I pointed the Name Server of some of my Domain names from Goddaddy (all my Domain names registered there) to Hostgator where I opened a host account with multiple domains allowed (Baby hosting plan).
My inicial idea is to have a few mini-sites made for Adsense

Since I don´t have a Google Adsense account yet (because I don´t have any working site) what would be the the easiest way to do this?

Would starting a simple blog do the trick?
How long would I have to wait before applying for Adsense?

Your advice would be highly appreciated, as I´m a newbie and still have a lot to learn

Many regards
GIL

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Just put up few pages and it should be enough.
I haven't heard anyone refused unless domain name itself is banned.

Make sure your site complies with their policies before you request approval -- no drug-related info, no adult-related info, no gambling-related info.

I remember the first site that I built, I applied for Google Adsense and they refused me because the site wasn't completed and I had a few broken links. If you just apply it's unlikely that they will refuse you!

Wow...you and I are one in the same...Just so happens, I also opened a baby account with HostGator and I will be putting my mini sites together soon. It will also be my first experience with Adsense. Thanks for the post Gil and the replies. It's helping us all!

I got approved for adsense with just an empty CMS without much content in it.

But those days are gone now.

To get approved you need some more content on your site. Because recently it has been the case that many people were not approved in google adsense.
