Seems like a custom-built HTML+Javascript site to me, not one built on a specific CMS. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though...

Something based off FriendLife.com. Not sure if they have an API, own this particular site, or if this is a clone script... But, it's based off of them in someway... Could not identify use of any particular CMS though....
