I'm starting a business forum at www.BusinessMeetingRoom.com. I don't know what boards to create, though. And board categories.

That is a great list and I think it fits perfectly. There isn't anything I can think of right now that should be added. I am sure as you go along you will think of more ideas to create. As of right now, for a rough idea, it is great. If you could manage to make the forum look professional and make it easy to use, you will have a winning idea.
