Some people like Estibots paid services and find a couple of them useful in their strategy to buy and sell.

However, if you are looking at this for the automated appraisal values, honestly, an automated appraisal tool of any kind is generally pretty far off. I wouldn't use an automated appraisal to affirm value, personally.
