There really hard to sell because most people don't want them. But ofcouse its only a matter of time until there rare. (Then it will be worth a lot.)

If you want to talk about short domains, us is also a short extension.
There are little credit card only websites.
I suggest against regging them.

.cc domains currently don't have a large market as compared to other major TLDs. Generally there is reseller value in .cc only for top keywords.
