Seo stands for search engine optimization and PPC stands for pay per click, its a paid advertisement

PPC:
Pay per click is using for the advertisement of your web site, and mainly to generate lead from the visitor. only you have to follow some rules as per search engine:-
where your keywords are displayed traffic potential
Cost of the keyword ranking ranking

SEO would lead into organic results while PPC is for paid results...if you have a good budget and you want to have a much faster results (still depends on how good the campaign is) then go for PPC and if you are patient enough and looking for a much longer term results then go for SEO
