I'm not sure that a domain just including "google" _has_ to mean problems since it could be GoOgleWhatver. Anyway, Google lost a fight against google.no concerning that name.

You have a point. It does depend on how you brand the name, so if youbrand your site as GoOgleSomething, then at least you'll have a valid argument. But my guess is that the rich Google legal department will still give you a hard time. If you wish to test this theory, then you can always reg any of these available names:

GoOgleStars.com
GoOgleCelebs.com
GoOgleBikinis.com
GoOgleHotties.com
GoOgleLegs.com

Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

lol, nice site he has, once "google-verb-to search on google.com" gets in to the dictionary they own't have a problem, but google doesn't reg any domains with the word google in it, they have froogle.com, google.com, and gmail.com

I really dont think that there are so much value in those domains. and getting in trouble for nothing wouldnt be very smart, would it?
