I dotn think you need to apply, try clikcing Submit article on the left of the article page, works for me (i havent tried posting).

UPDATE: Just posted, one, I really like the system. Now I just need to learn to spell....lol

Yes, specifically looking for articles that would help a beginner learn the basics of domaining.

We get a lot of visitors coming to NamePros that are completely new to domaining.
