Not looking for an appraisal because I'm looking at the development value. I wanted to know if any experts on here see a potential cash cow in these. My vision for a site is a full featured descriptive listings type of site where Bed and Breakfasts of Mendocino County and hotels/resorts throughout the state can advertise their business. It will make money through clicks and somehow grant me 10% commission on all sales that go through. It's going to be really complicated to set up, but I wanted to come here and get some expert opinions before I started getting into development.
In CA not every hotel, b&b, resort, destination etc is going to be cannabis friendly. I got this idea from wine tasting at WineResort.com (South Coast Winery in Temecula). Do you think these have potential or wasted reg fee?
People want to go to Big Bear and go Kayaking/Skiing and whatnot. They want to make sure the property management is ok with blazing on the lifts. How weed friendly is your resort? Users will rate accordingly on how their experience was after their stay.
