Hello, I am new here and have a website/domain for sale http://www.southsidebride.com
This is the first time I have tried to sell a website/domain so I am not really sure how this works.
Here is some info ...
I am selling because I haven't the time or motivation to deal with it anymore. Too much on my plate sort of thing and I want to get out of the wedding industry :]
I am willing to sell the site as is or just the domain. As a whole the site would most benefit someone in the wedding industry in South Atlanta GA. As the domain itself it could work in any "southside" area.
The domain is registered via AlwaysWebHosting.com. The domain was renewed recently and is good through Nov 2007. Currently the site has top 5 or better rankings with all the major search engines for the keywords "South Atlanta Wedding" and "South Atlanta Weddings" And we get 1000+ hits a month. But I have not done anything with the site in months, so I am sure it is slipping.
The way I was running it, I made money from the vendors that had adds on the site. If someone local was to take it over I am sure most of the current advertisers would renew with the new owner.
I don't know of any special hosting concerns, I currently host the site myself through a reseller. I will be happy to continue this or help transfer to new owner's host.
Asking price; not so sure on that one. I guess it depends on if the buyer wants the site or just the domain. The highest I have been offered so far is $100, I would like to get more than that. So I guess just make me an offer if interested. All serious offers will be considered.
