A friend owns this but not sure if she wants to develop the site. She was going to do a fashion accessory store.

Is it worth anything without a developed site?

If not, do you think having a developed site will ask value to it?

Any advice/suggestions welcome! Thanks!

Developing it would certainly help ... though my feeling is it's "in reverse". In other words, I like "TrendyWeb.com" better, or at least to complement.
Sounds pretty cool, but a little hokey as is ... Reg. fee - $35 (undeveloped), IMHO.

I agree. Trendy is an adjective and so it's better saying TrendyWeb as opposed to WebTrendy. But I suspect the better one was taken and so she took the next best thing She might still develop her site but I will pass along the info!
