Very clean. The color scheme stands out to me as the best design feature. My only criticism is with the logo on the top-left: the outside glow on the RS doesn't look too good against the dark background. Perhaps play with that a little -- and make the flash banner a little more functional? It just looks like it's there for no reason.

But other than that great job.

I agree with Gene. Site is very well put together. The only thing I would personally change would be to Justify all the text, to me that would look cleaner and more professional. Very neat and clean. -Thumbs up-
