Website Redesign Needed $$$

We are looking to have our website redesigned. Our budget is around $100, or more, just let us know.

We are looking for the site to feature the following:

• A design similar to this one in terms of the design below the header area (layout)
• A nice stock or chart related header design for the top area (maybe a wallstreet bull, candlestick chart, or money) featuring our name "ChartSetups" and our slogan "Click. Trade. Profit."
• A blue color scheme
• A horizontal (preferrably dynamic) menu that is easily modifyable
• A homepage design, and a few content page designs
• A login system integrated with PayPal (an external one integrated is fine) that supports subscriptions
• Maybe some other more basic things here and there

Update: We are also looking to have our forum and chat integrated into the design if possible. We'd be willing to pay additional money for this service.

We'd like to see some basic concepts, get a quote, choose someone, make the 50% upfront payment, then work with them until completion.

In addition to what Justin said I would like to add some other specifics...

We are looking for a design concept similiar to this.
-Very clean and professional as we are a "stock investment" company.

We specifically would like:

1) Our forum, chat, and paypal payment integrated into our website design (existing right in the main website without a popup)

2) Logo design (optional)

3) User Login*

4) Nasdaq/dow/s&p quote feeds

I have drawn a "basic" rough sketch of what we would like. Definately open to change where you feel it necessary. Sorry if the image is too large.

If you are strongly interested in taking on this job and wanting to get started right away I would encourage you to send us a bid... Otherwise we will be contacting some of you in the next few days to get started. Although we originally said around $100 we can assume a higher price accordingly as a result of the increased workload detailed above...

Also we would have no problem having your businesses text link on the bottom of our website for as long as it exists...
