I see a lot of people wanting to design websites and I have a project for you.
I am going to create a website very much like www.thedirty.com
Please PM me your cost for such a website and any ideas you have to make it better.
I want all the functionality you see there and whatever things you think can be done better!!!!

Exactly what is it you're looking for? I dont see nothing in particular with that site you posted... We need to know what you want it to be about.

Essentially you want a blog/journal with categories by state and ads on the side and top. With a random picture box at the bottom that has some pretty funny pics.

You're going to sort of make a slander/trash/gossip site. Sounds good. You'll want to look for someone who can modify a wordpress blog or some sort of blog to suit your needs.
