Makes $6,000/month from adsense.
Leaving $4,000 US profit

The owner of the site will also show you how to bring the profits up to $10,000 - $50,000/mnth which will require some investment.

The above stats are consistent for the past 4 months.

The site is automated and requires about 3-5 hours month of work. You will probably answer some emails and make sure everything is on the up.

There was about 1000 hours in research and development

We do not want to reveal to much info about this site on the forum due to peakers/competition as well we run several other similiar sites.

Oh darn, I didn't post that at this forum. In other locations we mentioned that we would fly you to the owners location to do the transaction in person. We would have paid for the flight and accomadation.

Ummm, Post count doesnt mean a thing..

You could have 60,000 posts, then suddenly you scam, what makes you think post count affects your reputation?

Well, pretty much sold. The buyer has put down 50% and is pretty excited about it so I can't see anything changing.

Nope, thats not how this site makes money. The users who visit the site are just every day internet users who aren't webmaster minded so when they visit the site they use it as a resource and at the same time the site earns profit.
