The site for sale is a review guide.

$2,000 is spent roughly in advertising per month
Makes $6,000/month from adsense.
Leaving $4,000 US profit

The owner of the site will also show you how to bring the profits up to $10,000 - $50,000/mnth which will require some investment.

The above stats are consistent for the past 4 months.

The site is automated and requires about 3-5 hours month of work. You will probably answer some emails and make sure everything is on the up.

There was about 1000 hours in research and development

Asking $52,000

We do not want to reveal to much info about this site on the forum due to peakers/competition as well we run several other similiar sites.

If you are interested we will require that you sign an affidavid plus put down a $2000 refundable deposit.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

I am interested, but would need to know quite a bit more before putting down a $2,000 deposit. Thanks!

The $2,000 is mandatory before releasing any information that is important to the business.

There is no clause to the deposit. If you aren't interested after further discussion we will send your deposit back without hesitation.

Unfortunetly we have to do this to weave out any one who really isn't interested and or doesn't truly have the money.

We will show you adsense reports and talk via phone, msn, email. Which ever you prefer.

Yes, we will show adsense proof once deposit is received. We will accept paypal for the deposit but definetly not the final payment.

Ya, that's what we were thinking would happen but the $2,000 is mandatory before releasing any information that is important to the business.

There is no clause to the deposit. If you aren't interested after further discussion we will send your deposit back without hesitation.

Another way of doing it is using escrow.com however you will be responible for the fee.

strange way of doing it, i understand you don't want to post the url or send out the url via pm to just anyone but surely you could do a screening process of people before doing so....talk to them via phone or let them show you some sites they run ...

"what if" this is a scam to make $2000 of a few people ?
going to cost me more to sue you to recover the $2000 if you decide to keep it.
i'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks so.

As mentioned above escrow.com is available. Using this method ensures you won't lose your money. Matter of fact I suggest going this way.
No matter how much we filter users it still doesn't tell us how much money they have available and we basically don't want our method of making this kind of money get exposed to everyone or it just would get wiped out llike many things have on the net because of to much competition and when you are spending 50K+ you can surely understand.

My next concern with this is that you clearly state you have sites in competition with the one for sale. That isn't sitting well with me either. Care to comment?

This is quite funny becaue I require a $3,000 deposit before I waste my energy researching a website to see if it's worth buying, then finding out it's bs.

Seriously, I have never heard of anything like that :-/

Huh? You should at least state if you sell a product, a service, make money from traffic or whatever else.

Why would someone risk $52k if the competition can easily wipe it out???

As stated in our first post it is a review guide and the profits are made from adsense. I clearly out line in my post why the owner requires a 2,000 deposit!

Your investment cannot easily be wiped out, you can continue to make alot of money but we just don't want this info easily exposed.

I will talk with the owner about other options but right now he is quite firm on this.

Ok now I am more intrested... If you can figure out a way to get some details without a deposit we can talk. I don't need to know everything right now, just some basics.

Hi,

Can you PM what kind of details you require and I will see what I can do for you.

We are waiting for the laywer to finish it up. Once we get it I will PM you.

The owner would prefer you to fly here and make payment in person so he will pay for the flight so we can close the deal in person. He will pay the flight and all accomodations.

The site is pending sale.

The owner of the site was very nervous of releasing to much details because he doesn't want to ruin something this good. It's just amazing how fast things can get wrecked now on the internet especially with ebay around now.

We have several other smaller sites that we are going to be selling so we will release the domain for these ones. They don't make as much as the above sale but we will get them up to $2000/month profit before selling.

I have been a regular here on namepros for almost a year now. I can't believe the lack of trust. If I were a newbie with a couple post I could understand but I have over 400 post.

Maybe you guys just want to see what the site is with out being serious buyers. ;)

The site is pending sale. I will be posting other sites here soon. Some will be new and we will get them maiking 2,000 before we sell them and yes we will release the domains for those ones.

Good luck... although I've seen sites that earn way more than $4k a month for sale and never seen such a ridiculous thing as a "required deposit"
