Urgent Developer Required - quotes required

Hi gang,
I just bought a hosting/domain reg site from Wild West Domains as a reseller of their products. The site is:
SwiftWebHosting.comI redirected the domain SwiftWebHosting.com to the site URL.
The site they gave me was a template and this restricts me from doing serious SEO work on it. I can't place keywords into my site because it's not a coded site.

Now...what I need is someone who can build a site from scratch with all the elements as the current site. It must look almost the same. Even cut and paste for all I care as long as the site functions exactly the way it originally did.

Can someone help me on this one?
Quotes/cost expectations would be welcome.
