Website Design needed

a freind of mine is looking for someone to design him a layout for his new site insenic.net, he will post exactly what he needs here, he is offering some php coding for you doing this, PM him if you need more info on coding, his username here is Insenic (hes new to this area and has no idea, thats why im posting this lol)

but he is a :kickass: coder

What is needed.

Well i have already contacted some one whom MAY do it. Paul you jumped the gun. But if he dosn't here is what i need:

- im looking for a light blue, light grey, and white design.

- somthing that is smooth like System 28 but not copied

- aol me for further details ( grimreaper557 )

Well the only examples i saw on your site were the two sites in your portfolio. which im sorry to say arn't the type of design im looking for. anything else i can see that is sorta the style of what i was asking?
