WebMajor.com is a great domain to begin with. It gets hits all the time from people looking for education with any "web" keywords.
I've been running it as a web design blog for a few months and it has done pretty well traffic-wise. I haven't had time to update it more frequently or market it the way it could, but it could be really profitable for someone.
I will strip out all my "personal" content (ie, the link in the footer, mentions to my portfolio, etc.), and it will be yours.
Runs on Wordpress, custom theme valued at over $300 alone.
