I have recently sold all 534 customers that were attached to Wise1host.com, I am therefore selling the site, domains, etc, to anyone that wants it, here is what your get.

The site is fully functional and ready to go as a hosting company, it even has billing software all functional as well.

The only part missing is the Vbulletin support forums, the new owner of the customers took this as part of the deal.

To be honest I made the money from selling the clients, I dont have any idea on what to sell this for, would rather it went to a home that will develop it so it will continue to be around for a while, its been a part of me for years now.

I would like a quick sale too, the longer it sits without any development the quicker the traffic will go down.

Good start, had a pm with an offer of $75, I forgot to add the wise1internet.com domain as well, it was going to form the head site that linked the others together.

Okay, with 1 offer of $75 on the table I would say that $100 is fair and reasonable, given the cpanel/whm templates and clientexce license, clientexec will upgrade the license for another year at a discount.

can this Clientexec thing be used for ever or is it leased?

It can be used forever but you wont get updates to newer versions, the upgrade cost currently I believe is $60 at any point in the future.

The current version is a new release so there probably wont be another release too near in the future that you need to upgrade right now.

As an alternative you could use phpcoin for billing its free and at http://www.phpcoin.com

Its very similar to clientexec and now would be the time to change.

But all in all there is no rush to spend more on a clientexec upgrade, its good just now until june anyway
