Webhosting Finances & Customer Database

Hello,
I am the owner of a hosting company. I looked everywhere on the internet and couldnt find software for windows that would manage my everything for my hosting business (logistics, pricing, packages, products, invoices), so I deciced to deisgn a custom peice of software to manage the backend. I was wondering if any other webhosting companies would chime in and let me know what features they might find useful in such a peice of software, as I plan on releasing it to the public when finished.
