Webhost(*)tv is a :gn don't let go of it too easily!

If the person who sent you the offer insists you to buy a paid appraisal at an obscure company, it's probably to con you for the appraisal money. If it's the infamous appraisal "scam", they'll lose interest and disappear once you buy the appraisal.

Search appraisal scam in the NP search box at the top right corner of the page for more information.

Also, search around (google, NP) with their username and email address. Besides weeding out known scammers, it might give you some background about the buyer to your advantage in negotiation.

Actually it was a genuine offer. He did not ask me to go in for an appraisal. I personally wanted to get an appraisal on this as I wanted to know the right value of this Domain.

Well, the offer that I have received is a mid $x,xxx offer, so Im thinking that ill keep it for a while and sell the Domain at a low to mid $xx,xxx price.
BTW it just got accepted at premiumdomain.com as a premium domain. Does that mean anything?
