domain PR4 domain worth much?

A developed site of mine recently got to PR4. It also has an Alexa Rank of 245,296.

It's a developed site. It's an arcade site I put up a year ago. It's just been sitting on my webhost.

I've just seen a .biz PR6 domain get a $1000 bid on DP. My domain is www.flashevolve.com PR4 (Don't ask me what I was thinking when I regged it lol).

Does the PR4 give it any value?

Of course it adds up in value. However, selling advertising space (Text links and banners) is better idea on PR sites instead of selling them.
