Webdesign advice needed !

Hi - I am planning a new project and was thinking of buying the following template from templatemonster as I like the layout, style, colours and navigation as it would suit my needs.

however - it is a OSCommerce site which I don't really need for now, its a pitty cos its $157 instead of about $60 - this is what it says about the site.

SOURCES AVAILABLE:
.PSD;
.PHP;
(Currently supports only English version);
html version is also included; <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< ????

SOFTWARE REQUIRED:
Hosting with PHP4x and MySQL4x;
Apache only (on Unix/Freebsd/Linux/Windows);
osCommerce runs on most server specific configurations ranging from dedicated servers to shared servers that utilize different PHP configurations such as register_globals (should be ON) and safe_mode restrictions;
Macromedia Dreamweaver (or any php-editor);
Adobe Photoshop 7+;


As most of this is just blurb to me that I don't understand I would like to know if i am NOT wanting to use it as a OSCommerce site but just a plain HTML site...

A) The BOLD bit above says html version is also included - will it be the full site in plain html without the shop attached ?

If not...

B) can I remove the stuff associated with the OSCommerce part.
C) can I then host it like a normal html site

I will be using Dreamweaver to edit it and Photoshop for the images, it may be better just to find a plain HTML site ?
