Established Webcasting Forum for Sale - $105 revenue/month

I am floating the idea of selling my successful web casting forum. The reason for the sale is that I do not have the time to spend maintaining it. The website has a good database of posts. At the moment there aren't many new posts, but with some work this would change. When people are posting then people do visit a lot and contribute. The website is profit making and makes a reasonable amount of money:

The website currently makes $105 per month from subscription advertisements on the website. This is $1260 per year.

At the moment I am just floating the idea so happy for all sensible offers. I might not sell, and certainly there are some tax disincentives for this financial year anyway.

Interest has been better than I first anticipated which is good! Like I said, I'm trying to see if there is a market for the site and there certainly appears to be
