domain WebAlerts.us - Please appraise

I notice that .us domains have been running strong recently. I don't know if that trend will continue or if that ext has seen its best days.

The name is short and self-explanatory, easy to spell, etc.

I picked this up because obviously with the merging of technologies, the web and cellphones are connecting more.

So what are your thoughts. I am going to dev immediately as a link engine for web alerts. Not sure if the us may help, since we have so many alerts in this country.... tornado, weather, amber, homeland security, etc.

Webalerts is a good name. The name works well plus the character set (9) is perfect. Only the .us will keep the value under xxx. Approximately $75.00.
