I am just wondering if there are any other comparable payment processors apart from Paypal? After having read articles from www.paypalsucks.com I am getting worried about the latter. If the services are available to Canadians, then all the better. Thanks for any and all help!

How did you mange to loose it? :) Anyway, don't worry and speak with ikobo's customer support. They will be able to help in this matter. They will block your current iKard and also send you another one. But be careful next time because they won't keep sending you iKards just for the fun of it.

Anyway, I have some great news for ikobo merchants. Quote:

โ€œBeginning November 15, 2004, all money received by a merchant wil be considered a sale. The sender/buyer will not pay a fee unless you choose to transfer fees to the buyer. You will be charged iKobo's low merchant rate of 2.99% plus 29 cents for all transactions.

This will allow merchants to easily receive payments through our personal money transfer platform. For example, your buyers can now go to iKobo.com and send you money. They will not be required to go through our initial verification process by calling their bank. They will not be required to pay any fee to send you money, unless you indicate in your account that you wish to pass 10-100% of the fee to them. In your iBalance and websales activity report, the transaction will appear immediately as a websale.โ€

The "news" came along with ikobo's newsletter for merchants. Of course is true. Yesterday I read in an online magazine a very good review. It seems their (lately continuous) change for better didn't go unnoticed. Let's hope they will keep up the good work.

It's true. I have received that same e-mail. I'm glad ikobo's listening to their customer's demands and has finally simplified this procedure. Hope this will result in more completed sales for me and more happy customers.

Of course there are so many reviews about Ikobo. Ikobo has made so many innovations recently. Ikobo is more and more famous than before. So there are many articles talking about it.

You should keep your knowledge updated. Ikobo has solved the Problem of Mastercard. They can accept Mastercard now.

Of course I know about their help page. It has new features and a nice design. Useful indeed.

some guys said that Ikobo has a terrible customer support in the past time. I think they will stop saying it now . Because Ikobo has made a great improvement on their customer support.

It's true what you say but I don't think that all the "guys" will be happy with the current ikobo help page because you can never please everybody. ikobo improved their customer support service but they don't have to stop here

:hehe: I sure hope so. You have to be more careful especially when the subject is your money. Ikobo will block your account for security reasons if you continue to loose your iKard. After all, your iKard is a Visa International card and they do not want to have problems just because you don't want to be a little more careful with your belongings.

I think all the ikobo users should upgrade their personal account to merchant account. Because if you have a merchant account of ikobo, ikobo only charge you 2.99%+0.29 per transaction. If you have a personal account, ikobo will charge you 3%+5 per transaction.
