Web page control panel script

I recently bought a script from DP which i was hoping to be able to use on my client's sites so that they can easily edit their sites.

However its rather difficult and very cumbersome to get this to work on a new template.

Does anyone know of a similar script out there which would be adaptable to one's own template and not particularly tied to one template?
