Established Web--kinz Site with almost 10,000 type ins a month...

For sale is a somewhat developed website with HUGE potential. The website is a combination of two URLS, one pointer and the other the official site.

I have hid the sites so they dont appear in the search engines...

In the last month this site has made over $100.00 with my little knowledge. Currently the site is developed with Joomla template. I have eBay auctions appearing and google adsense. I also have a link to an Amazon AStore.

I have only had this site up about 2 full months and it hasnt been developed that long.

In the last 30 days it has made about $110 just through google and CJ. PLus abother $5 though Amazon Astore in the week it was on the front page...

keep in mind this site really has not been well developed. I get less than 1% CTR thoough adsense so I know that this site could make ALOT more money if someone knew what they were doing.

As far as why I am selling, it is simple. I need money. period. I bought the pointer domain a few months ago because I knew it had potential and then hand regged the main site. Anyways times have hit me a bit hard and I would like some cash now.

the pointer is regged at fabulous and expires 2/18/09 and the main site is regged at Godaddy and expires Oct 2008
